Do I need a special QR-IBAN from my bank?
No. Magic Heidi works with your regular Swiss IBAN from any bank — UBS, Credit Suisse, PostFinance, Raiffeisen, cantonal banks, you name it. No special account or paperwork required.
What if I'm not registered for VAT?
Magic Heidi supports both VAT-registered and non-VAT freelancers. Just set your status once during setup, and your invoices will display correctly — either with VAT details or without. You can change this anytime if your status changes.
